Burger King is joining the Spider-Verse with a limited-edition version of its renowned Whopper sandwich as part of a campaign with Spider-Man TM: Across the Spider-Verse.
Enjoy Burger King’s new “Spider-Verse” Whopper for a limited time. It features a crimson bun with black sesame seeds, melted Swiss cheese, and all the standard Whopper toppings and is inspired by the great web-slinger himself.
The “Spider-Verse” Whopper, which will be available at participating restaurants across the country from May 15 to June 21, includes melted Swiss cheese and all the standard Whopper toppings, including juicy tomatoes, crisp lettuce, creamy mayonnaise, ketchup, crunchy pickles, and sliced white onions. The red bun is topped with black sesame seeds to honour the amazing web-slinger himself. Burger King customers can customise their “Spider-Verse” Whopper as they like, including by adding crispy bacon. This might result in nearly as many possible combinations as there are Spider-Verses.
“Spider-Verse” is flame-grilled alongside it. This summer, Whopper, visitors, and Spider-Man TM fans may all indulge in a “Spider-Verse” Sundae, which is soft serve ice cream topped with red and black chocolate exploding candies.

Starting today, the Spider-Verse will take over a few Burger King restaurants across the world in addition to delivering the “Spider-Verse” Whopper and “Spider-Verse” Sundae to participating sites across the country. The transformed restaurants can be found in New York City (Astoria, Queens), France, the United Arab Emirates, Brazil, and other places with interactive designs that put patrons and fans inside the action-packed “Spider-Verse” – including an in-dining room and drive through takeover and “Instagram-able” areas where Guests can immerse themselves in the “Spider-Verse.”
