From Me to You is a Japanese live-action television series based on Karuho Shiina’s renowned manga Kimi ni Todoke. This is not the first time the manga has been turned into another work. It has previously been turned as a live-action feature film and an anime series. All adaptations follow the same plot.
The live-action series follows Sawako, a young teen girl who wants to make friends but finds it difficult to blend in with her peers due to her depressed demeanour. However, her life changes dramatically when the most popular kid in school, Shota Kazehaya, expresses interest in her.
