12-year-old Kitty started a sweet long-distance relationship with Dae, a boy she met while the Song Coveys’ family was on vacation in Seoul, Korea. Four years later, in XO, Kitty. Kitty is given the opportunity to enrol in the prestigious Korean Independent School of Seoul, where she will join Dae and bring their relationship offline for their junior year. Naturally, there will be a tonne of romantic intrigue and drama as Kitty gets used to her new experience in a completely different continent.

When we join up with Kitty in the spinoff, she is 16 years old and continues to reside in Portland with her dad and stepmother. She and Dae have been virtual friends since they first met when they were 12 years old, and they are currently engaged in a long-distance romance. All of that alters when Kitty is given the opportunity to go to KISS, where she will discover more about her late mother and her devoted boyfriend.
Since the release of the first To All the Boys movie in 2018, Cathcart has played Kitty. The 19-year-old actress has also acted in the Disney flicks Descendants 2 and 3 and the PBS Kids series Odd Squad. She also had a brief appearance on the ABC series Once Upon a Time.
Minyeong Choi as Dae Heon Kim

Since their four-year long-distance relationship began, Dae and Kitty have met at Namsan Tower. The native of Seoul is currently a top student at KISS and is totally committed to Kitty, but moving an internet romance offline can be very dramatic.
Itaewon Class, Chicago Typewriter, Mr. Sunshine, Strong Woman Do Bong-soon, and W: Two Worlds Apart are just a few of the popular K-dramas in which Choi first appeared as an actress as a young boy. The 20-year-old most recently played the role of younger brother Yi-hyun of Baek Yi-jin in Twenty-Five Twenty-One.
Gia Kim as Yuri Han

Yuri, the social media sensation and KISS queen bee, is the daughter of the school’s principal and a successful CEO. She attracts photographers and is accustomed to maintaining a polished façade, even though her personal and familial lives are in disarray.
Kim’s first important part was in XO Kitty. In the past, the actress has performed on stage in Los Angeles, Beijing, and Seoul.
Sang Heon Lee as Min Ho

Affluent and well-off On the outside, Min-ho appears cold and brash, yet his lifelong friend Dae can count on his fierce loyalty. When Kitty turns up and begins to alter the dynamics of his friend group, he doesn’t respond in the best way.
In XO Kitty, 26-year-old Lee makes his acting debut. The actor, who was reared in Hong Kong but was born in Korea, will next be seen in the action movie Gran Turismo later this summer. (Another interesting fact: He and Gia Kim, his co-star, are siblings in real life.)
Anthony Keyvan as Quincy “Q” Shabazian

One of Dae’s closest friends and an international student at KISS is Q, yet he immediately develops a friendship with fellow American Kitty. He is also one of the school’s few openly LGBT students.
Keyvan, a 22-year-old actor who was raised in Orange County, California, began his career as a child actor. The seasoned TV actor has made appearances on shows like Fresh Off the Boat, Grey’s Anatomy, Once Upon a Time in Wonderland, iCarly, and NCIS. He most recently appeared in the Hulu series Love, Victor and the HBO Max series Generation.
